To ensure codesigndoc picks up the new certificates, you'll need to validate the app.

Select "Any iOS device" as the build target in Xcode.

Go to Product > Archive and wait for the project to be built.

This will open the Organizer window. Select the most recent build and press "Validate" in the sidebar. Keep all the default options, and continue selecting "Next".

Validate the app

Once the app is validated, you can upload the certificates to Bitrise, or go straight to the app store through the Organizer.
